    Polaris RZR 900

Does anyone have one of the 50" wide RZR's? Needing to replace my 4 wheeler after it took a header off my trailer doing 70. Originally, I wanted to get another wheeler until I saw these things. I like em because they're narrow enough for the ATV forest trails out west, but have a 2nd seat and a small bed. I already have a Jeep and do not want a full size SxS.

What I don't like about the RZR's is the driver/passengers to me feel like they're setting very low, almost on the ground... You might also look at the Honda Pioneer. They make a narrow smaller sxs for this type of application too, and it sits/rides like a conventional sxs... just another idea...

Oh yea, you gotta come out with the story of how your wheeler took a 70 MPH dump!!

I've looked at the Honda's and they are a solid option. Not a huge fan of the rack on the back. It isn't really any different than an ATV rack. Wouldn't be a big deal to build something though

The story on my wheeler isn't very exciting. We were heading home after a weekend during the season when one of the ratchet straps popped. Not sure if it had a fray that I missed or if it got snugged up against a sharp edge some how. CHarrell71 and I were cruising along in my truck and my wife was following us in our Jeep. I felt the strap pop and looked in the mirror in time to see the wheeler roll off the back. Thankfully, we were on an empty 2 lane road and the wheeler was the only casualty. I couldn't tell you how many tines it rolled and flipped, but I know it got about 10' of air at least once.

Wow! That must have been something to see in your rear view mirror!

Honda has an after market add on rear box bed.

I didn't have the rzr 900 but I did own a ranger 800 midsize when they were out. Polaris stopped making them I believe in the 800. That's one I wished I'd have never sold a kept. I hauled it many of times in the bed or my truck. Same size as the rzr your talking about just a little bigger bed with a bench seat. Little sucker would go anywhere I took a four wheeler and had it in Colorado mutiple times while elk hunting.

To quote a bad joke, "how bigga boy are ya?" I am having a hard time finding one close to actually sit it to see how well I'll fit. Especially with a passenger. I'm 6'2" and 265lbs.
