I forgot to take one the other day. It had me messed up for three days until I got back on track.

Started on local honey, 1 tbsp per day, use Flonase or generic before bed, and a Zyrtec generic headed to bed. When even this regimen is iffy, I take a 12-hr Sudafed generic before bed accompanied by melatonin to combat the side effects of the Sudafed. typically only bothers me at night--

Learned on Friday the Family Medicine Docs will no longer give you the steroid shot. Doc told me they've since learned going that route is worse than what they orginally thought.

Almost over this, but choose to go in and discuss some other issues since I had the appointment.

Ya'll got me sold on the local honey. Think I'm going to start adding it to my first cup of coffee.

Zyrtec doesn't work that well on me. I use Claritin.
As others have said regularly take some local honey and neti pot consistently - not just when you feel bad.
We also have a nose irrigator - It looks like the old water-pic for your teeth. Mix up the same batch of water, Neilmed Sinus Rinse, and Alkalol. Always amazed at the junk it flushes out of the sinuses.
I also hit up the flonase.
