Well yesterday morning I woke up like a kid on christmas morning. Seemed like the day drug on forever as I waited until my daughter and grandsons flight to get in.
Left for the air port about 2, had to drive down to Hobby to pick them up so figured i would leave early
.
They got in after being delayed getting out of Baltimore around 3:15. I haven't seen either of them since last June but Blaine came right to me and that made my day more than anything.
Spent the evening playing with bubble blowig Buzz Lightyear, (actually mine but Blaine claimed it) Buzz is the bomb and the boy just couldn't get enough.
Finally after a long exciting day he finally got his bath and was out like a light by 9:30.
He got up this morning full of energy and as soon as it warmed up a little he wanted to play. I took him outside along with HC-JR and we grabbed up the Red Ryder and the CO2 Pistol and set up cans in the yard.
As you can see in the pics we started teaching Blaine right away on his second day to shoot. After a little help he did hit the cans (more than HC-JR)) especially with poppies help
.
So just a little bragging on 1 of 3 of my grandsons and oh by the way , got a 4th grandbaby on the way with HC-JR and his Fiancee.
A few pictures to share the joy!!
We will be off to the woods before he goes home to kill a hog and let him experience that along with my daughter who wants to try to kill one too.
I am sure I will have alot more pics before they go home in 2 weeks.
