Best source for HS Baseball glove?
Nokona is awesome! But I’d talk to Damon before I did anything. He’s good people, and you will be glad you did either way.

There is a reason, but not for any reasons given.
I’ve had very different experiences, but that’s for the buyer to decide.

Spend the money and get him whatever he wants. Its always amazing to me that people will spend $400+ on a new bat every year but want to cheap out on a glove that lives on their hand for hours every day and is crucial for playing good defense. Not to mention that a.good glove can easily last multiple seasons.
Wilson A2000 and Rawling HOH are.the most popular. But most manufacturers have great gloves when you get up into the $150-200+ range. Get him what feels the best.
My son is on his 3rd 44Pro and he loves them. You can get the top of the line custom model for less than $200 and they have sales all the time.

My kid likes Nokona because he think the basket covers his hands better than any other glove so it lowers his chances of showing signs of tipping pitches. He also has a HOH Rawlings and it is a nice glove in my opinion. Again I would find out exactly what he wants and go look for the best price on that glove.
