Well woke up one morning a couple of weeks ago only to find out the webhost co. I used went out of business!! No notice at all! Checked the website and it said to contact the company to get my website activated long enough to back up the site - luckily we had it backed up already! Went with Go Daddy and seems pretty good. Still took days to get it up and running, something about getting the host transferred bla bla bla! Things have really changed since we started a website - everything was code back then, now it's easy peasy!!
