Safari Winery is awesome. Great wine and they have some awesome mounts from all over the world in there too.

Grape Creek, Messina Hof, and Becker. My wife and I are members at those three. Of the three, Becker is more laid back and Grape Creek has better wine to me.

The wine tours mentioned will be good. Most here are great.
I live in JC, Altstadt brewery is a must. Amazing beer and great food. Better than most of the wine tours.
