But their customer service is so awesome it is refreshing to have to deal with them twice a month! I swear my wife is going to have a stroke one day dealing with them, SuddenLink is her worst enemy!
I would cancel them in a heartbeat but when you add up everything we would get to replace them it wouldn’t save any money and we would loose a couple of things she likes to watch...there is no good option where I live.
