First picture was February 3, 2018 when we set stakes for excavation.
Second picture is February 3, 2019. Framing the living area and starting to get ceilings installed.
Last 6 pictures are February 3, 2020.
We still have a lot of work outside to do this spring and summer. We made a big scar on mother Earth when we cut into the hillside for our building pad and circle driveway. We also cut 3 terraces into the hillside above the house to divert runoff.
We got a lot of grass/weeds[emoji38] growing last summer but got a late start (June/July). I will be frost seeding in March this year. The grasses up here. (Kentucky Bluegrass and Fescue) do much better in cool weather.
It has been a lot of work, but very rewarding.
