Need some graphics design help!!!

I have a logo I need created so I can use it on hats and stuff that I already have what I want drawn out somewhat but have no idea how to put it into a file people can use. One color. Would probably take some of the computer folks I've seen here about 5 minutes to do but I'm lost on electronics past a depth finder! Anybody here that can help let me know and I can email you what I want and trade you out some fillets or something!
