Ok here goes. So I'm 52 been bowhunting for the last 30yrs. Management minded, Ethical, Honest, and responsible. Safe, like to have fun, and take the sport serious. It's more to me than just hunting. I can provide references from other members on here. Myself and a couple of buddies are searching for a lease opportunity within a couple of hours of Denton. We would like to have year around access. Electric and water plus but not required. We would set up camp. Fishing a plus. Would like 300+ acres. Depending on vegetation and terrain. Deer, Turkey, Hogs. Could do without the hogs. LOL. We would provide our own stands, blinds, feeders etc. Would like to improve the wildlife and would like to do small shot or food plots. Exclusive to us as the leaseholders. Would prefer $1500 or less per person. We will do bow only but would be nice to have the option. MLD ok. I have a 7 yr old and one guy has a sophmore HS boy. We won't be partying. Bunch of good guys who love God and the outdoors. Thanks for any leads.
