Fibromyalgia?

Ok just got done with 1 series of back steroids injections and went to the doctor
For a follow up, they said “ we will try them one more time and if they aren’t working you have fibromyalgia “” and we will need to start trying different types of medication “”
I read up on the fibromyalgia on the web
Does anyone have any experience with this stuff?
I really don’t want them to heavily medicate me , but would love some relief from this back and neck pain and some sleep

My wife has it. She tried all kinds of stuff with minimal relief. She decided to go gluten free after reading the book Wheat Belly to try. She has not been 100% pain free but the difference has been unbelievable. She rarely has a day where she is in complete pain.
