Wild caught salmon only.....farm raised salmon is some of most chemical enhanced farm fish on the market.
Stay away from farm raised fish from China, phillipines etc as well.

In short - USA wild caught only

Catfish on the griddle with zatarans blackened seasoning and some lemon juice is pretty good, and cheap.
