I submitted a renewal (stated 45 day turnaround) mid November and it's still 'processing'. I called, waited on hold 20 mins for someone to get around to picking up the phone, and was eventually told- 'it's the holidays'. She said we might be able to get to it by the end of January. Complete BS.

Never waited more than two weeks on original or renewals. But I usually submit my requests on the back of a fifty dollar bill. [emoji41]

I filled out my renewal, gave about $37 senior rate and I bet it wasn’t 2 weeks and my card was in the mailbox
