I don’t think you find many Horns who dislike Sam or have bad things to say. He had some struggles in a few games but so did the whole team. He’s our QB1.

I’d take Sam over any qb in the NCAA next fall, not polished but a bona fide stone cold warrior. He’ll save TH for one more year if he can not lose 4 or 5.

So Georgia (4), Alabama (4) , Clemson (5) , LSU (3) , The Ohio State (3) Oregon (3) and TAMU (2) all had more 5* recruits that the entire BIG 12?

But the B12 did tie with Florida, Washington, ND, S. Carolina, and good ole' Maryland (they come up a lot)

I think the top +/-10% of the top 25 get whoever they want - there is a strong 'middle' between 4-6 that are close to one another - then the drop off starts and happens fast.

The rich just get richer.
