Gravy beef tips, and a bunch of vegetables I can't pronounce, and fresh fruit in Haiti! Pikliz!!!

My grandmas chicken friend backstrap with gravy and purple hull peas and mashed potatoes. She taught me how to make it and although I have the steaks down. I have yet figured out how to make the gravy taste or even look like hers. Just never had anything thing that comes close to that.

Having read all this, I am assuming of course that the OP meant "other than the can of aerosol propelled whipped cream in the refrigerator for emergency snacking"!
