We are adding a Project Sales Manager to the One Source Commercial Flooring Team! The Project Sales Manager is responsible to find, acquire and profitably run a book of business for One Source. The Project Sales Manager is responsible for the successful and profitable outcome of the project. This includes prospecting and developing customers, proposing appropriate work, creating the pre-construction and during installation execution plan, the oversight of submittal approval; materials ordering; change order execution, weekly sub-contract labor and monthly billing. This role is hands-on. The expectation is that the Project Sales Manager is involved closely with each aspect of the project, overseeing the process effectively with internal staff including: Installation Services, Project Support, Accounting and Estimating functions. The Project Sales Manager is responsible and accountable for everything that occurs during the project. We think relationships are the foundation of repeatable and predictable business.
