Hunt / Trip insurance?

Anybody use or recommend trip insurance on a booked hunt? Going on a Colorado hunt in Sept, lots of things can happen in 8 months.

Worth it and who have you used. Thanks in advance!

We've bought the insurance on tropical vacations during hurricane season...it was expensive and never needed.

Most of the outfitters we've used will allow you to reschedule within the following year. Airfare can usually be credited towards a future flight...so no...never thought about it.

^^^Same here. We have only hunted outfitted twice, and both times the outfitter said if something comes up, they were willing to rebook the following year.

I would expect that if they had time to book new folks, but if you're within a couple weeks.....I wouldn't expect them to eat that.
