Yes legal

All regs apply as general season just use muzzleloader. Antlerless are legal as well

This is true. As I understand it the Sam Houston National Forest is spikes and antlerless only.

In the past some SETx counties are the same, check your regs.

I think in the past it was does and spikes but I don't own a ML so I never paid much attention to the regs since I was not hunting that season.

I do know it is limited to ML only, no archery
