I now knock out a quick 30-35 minute workout on my lunch break 3-4 times a week. It’s not as much time as I’d like. But the reduced time limit has forced me to take shorter breaks , get my sets in quicker, and I have more focus on getting a quality pump. It’s a fresh new approach to it for me.
2200yds straight in the pool this morning. I like working out in the morning. I feel revved up the entire day and I don’t have any commitment to do it when I get home in the evening and just want to relax.
