Just missed our camp by a football throw. We got lucky to say the least. Last I heard they have it contained. Going to sit on it all night to make sure it doesn’t take off again.

Anybody out here in West Texas need a Krivoman blind? The San Angelo dealer isn't carrying them anymore. I may need to organize a pick up at the next closest dealer and we could see about making one run for several blinds if anybody else is in.

We put 9,000lbs of feed out on our place Thursday, it was hot!! Watch your step, ou your squat! My buddy has a stand and fill feeder, he was squatted down messing with the timer. He asked me a question and when I looked at him I saw the rattler coiled behind him. I yelled at him? Get up!! Then the snake started rattling, never made a sound before that. If that snake wanted to bite him he was easily within striking distance. Scary!

Oh welll, eat up deer. We want big antlers and big bodies.

Dang!!! That could have been a bad deal. It’s crazy how those suckers can hide in plain sight at times.


That’s definitely the easier way of putting out protein.

It’s hot and getting dry again. The deer are definitely on feed better this year. They are tearing up the protein!
