I covered 8 states rodeoing for um, well for several (bunch) of years dragging a 4 horse trailer with no plate and never got stopped.

I have since been stopped for both expired and for farm plates for non-farm cargo....

The plate for my Ranger trailer fell off 4-5 years ago.....
