    Redfield Revolution 3-9x40

    Anyone have a new production?

They seem like a lot of scope for the money.

I think they're along the lines of the vx2. Made in the Leupold plant.
My daughters each have one on their rifles. They are good scopes.
The "Revenge" line is made overseas.

I have a 2-7x33 on my 30-30 which is great for under 100 yds.

I was hoping I could slap the 3-9x40 on a back up rifle and still see clearly to 300+

Have one on my Vanguard 7mmRem Mag. Holds it zero, great clarity and field of view. Basically made by Leupold in the USA with a great warranty. For the money....I think they are the best scopes you can buy. Have nothing bad to say about them.

Basically my favorite scope - have a few & always looking for another.

I'm pretty sure Leupold bought the Redfield brand so they could sell scopes not made in the USA, while not having a negative effect on the Leupold brand. It is very cool that the 1st scope they made under the Redfield brand is basically a Leupold in all aspects except brand name.

To me, the Revolution scopes are the best 'inexpensive' scopes out there - especially when you find them used for $100 - $130. Why not - forever warranty, which you will probably never need!
