thanks again for posting this. I ended up getting some merino wool base layers and a couple of mid-layer pieces for elk hunting next year. I chose mid-layer items that can also be used as an outer layer for those cool morning hunts in the treestand.

You will love those base layers. Used them for a full season in Kansas this year and have zero complaints

Got mine today. Solid stuff but the reactor pack is not compatible w/ the rifle boot out of the box. Its like they purposely changed the buckles so it wound not work. You can swap out straps/buckles and cut off the ones you don't need to make it work though. Mutton leggings are nice. Guy said today that they will be out of the long sleeve mutton shirts for another 2 months. Probably going to order the Seal 1/4 zip base layer instead.

Well that ability comes with age.... lol. That, and having way too much outdoor gear already.

I had bibs and a couple of shirts/jackets I believe. I've pretty much forgotten about it, thankfully.

I have to agree about the negative shopping experience though... I don't imagine I will be paying much attention to any of their "deals" in the future. That's just natural I think.
