    Polaris Help Please

Driving down a lease road and front left wheel turns out left and can’t be straightened.

Can anyone diagnose the issue with the 2 pics provided? Won’t be able to lay eyes on it until Friday.

    Thank you in Advance!!

That and the ball joints are all out of whack like an A arm come loose or something.

Your top and bottom ball joints look to be not o the same plane anymore

Tie rod is toast! You can either replace it, or straighten it and put a metal sleeve over it.

Tie rod is broken. You can get one from a Polaris dealer for $40 or on e-bay for $15. I use aftermarket parts. It is on the back side of the tire in case you didn't know.

Tie rod is bent. I'm sure it got caught on something and bent which caused the wheel to toe out. Pretty easy fix, straighten or replace.

I’m gonna disagree. While the tie rod may be broken now, it looks like the failure was the rear mount of the upper a-arm. It looks as if it came loose and rolled forwards

The ball joints give it away.

The boot is also almost rubbing the a arm guard. That whole hub assembly has rolled forward and I will guarantee you that the upper a-arm is not connected. Either broken arm or a bolt failure

Isn’t that how everything falls apart? One piece at a time over a period of years?
