        It’s not stringy and the texture is a lot like beef,. If you get the opportunity, do not pass them up.

                        After being told my whole life duck was inedible basically. I did some research after killing 2 limits last week

                        I will put $100 that if you like steak, you will like the way I made duck

                        It's a pain in the prep. But it's SUPER good

                        Did it with gadwald, redheads and ringneck... All good

                            Your onto something.

                            We always made gumbo out of the divers and big ducks and wigeon.
                            We would pull out the woodies and teal for breakfast meat to go on the griddle with bacon and sausage.
