Check out the gas prices at the place your getting money "back" from vs other gas stations in the area. From what I've seen you pay more at the time of purchase from the places that are in the app vs going to a different gas station.

My guess is that the App has an agreement with Shell, Racetrac, etc for getting you to use their stores.

You can pay more for sure. But if you’re like me, (I use the same gas station regardless of the price) prices at other gas stations don’t affect me.

THIS ^^^^ I used it for about a month then looked at what I would of saved without it. I deleted it off my phone.

I signed up thanks to this thread. Just so happens the closest store to my house is on the list. Just so happens it’s the second cheapest fuel around next to Murphy.
Only whine is the same store rarely has receipts at the machine. they must refill them once a week , after that you have to walk inside and ask for it so -that could be a time eater.

I shop there anyways though, really convenient for my travels in and out of the hood.

I use it every chance I get. It works with my company issued fuel card. So I’m making money every time I fill my company truck up.

Nice !

I ran into a snag on my first purchase, it requires the address to the station I’m using to be on the receipt. The receipt that spits out at the pump lacks the address so no dice. I went inside and got one from the teller and it does, so that one should work.
