Thanks for the suggestion, we tried this however due to the in-laws living over an hour and a half from Dallas it’ll make the required home studies pretty much impossible.

Well if you want to go this route, I’ll can try to help. I have fostered many labs for them and could help do home study if needed. They usually reach out to locals and the network is bigger then you would think.
