For research scientists to say that they are months away from a cure for cancer.

Most recently, we found out that Tina's biological father (that wasn't in her life for 20 years) was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer that has spread to his spine and hips. I have no love for the man (he deserted Tina and her mom when Tina was 4), but he still doesn't deserve to die from this horrible disease.
