The way the stamping on that barrel isn’t lined up like normal makes me think it was rebarreled with a take off.

The magazine floor plate release is exactly like mine. The configuration of the screw plate/trigger guard is as well.

I looked at my .243 tonight, and I have a correction from what I said above. My barrels are stamped FINBEAR MADE IN FINLAND in two different font sizes like yours, but seem to be a little smaller than yours. Also, the caliber is stamped on the top of the barrel (across the barrel) where it attaches to the receiver. Lastly, the model number and serial # is stamped on the side of the receiver (area just out of frame in your pic).

Mine area all early 1960’d models all bought at the same time.
