I had a stretch from mid September to mid October where the furnace went out, then the AC compressor, then the evaporator coil closely followed by the water heater that caused over 7k in damage
I did get $5400 from homeowner insurance for the water heater but the rest cost me 15k +

I'm not M16 or Snowflake Fondler, but I'll tell you like I told my wife.....I said my vows once and I'll let you know if I change my mind. Ain't no use in saying them again. If I have to "vow" something more than once, either my word ain't worth **** or somebody isn't listening too good.
