A friend of mine has found a deer lease in Oklahoma. Does anyone have any information on a place in Snow Oklahoma it’s a 17000 acre ranch. He told me it’s like a hunting club. This place is between Antler Oklahoma and Clayton Oklahoma in Pushmataha County.

Had a lease near Clayton for three years. Was much cheaper than Texas leases. Was only paying $4 an acre. Deer were hit and miss on our place. Some big deer, just not many. Seems we had an issue with something each year. Guys running hog dogs when we weren’t there, tree harvesters another year during season. Didn’t see many deer so we moved on. Can be hard hunting but maybe I just never figured it out. Our cabin was hit by thieves the last year. They cleaned the place out. Some people have better luck than we did but I know there are lots of complaints of poaching in that area. Check out the pushmataha thread.

My friend said the price per acre was $9. My buddy was telling me that the guy he’s talking to has over 80,000 acres of hunting land in Oklahoma. Thank you for the information
