Why is it assumed he is having a meltdown? The double bird may have been jokingly to Georgia when Card's LOI came in or to ole Jimbo when Broughton's LOI came in. Then again it could be meltdownish to Patterson when QJ's LOI was announced. Who knows.

Adults who are fully in control of themselves, holding the HC position at a blue blood program, expected to lead and mentor young men, in what is supposed to be a professional environment don't do that - at least not on camera, or too the camera

Recruiting is WAY OFF so if he gets that emotional about one player, and Kirby and 'Ole Jimbo are this deep in his head, he has bigger problems.

Like I said, I hope he hangs around for a couple more years. I was hoping for more of a 'fade away', it seems like he going for 'burn up'.
