On my place in East Texas, I have 8 cell cams and 4 or 5 regular cams. Only 2 of which are at feeders. The rest are on the plots and travel areas. The last couple of weeks have been completely dead. It’s just that time of year. Things should pick back up in a couple of weeks. At least I keep telling myself that.

We have almost no oaks on our place. Neighbors do. Probably 25lbs or more of corn under the feeders. Oddly, no raccoons. I figured theyd be in there cleanin up

My feeders went for mid October to just last week with little to no action. Corn was piling up bad. Luckily a small group of piggies showed up last weekend and took care of the corn problem. Hopefully it’ll pick up soon cuz it can’t get any slower.

That's what I was thinking.

I don't feed deer. Deer feed me.

Get out there and find them. They are deer for crying out loud. Just about the easiest animal you will ever find to hunt.

I have cell cams in the oaks and I am not seeing much activity there either. Hope the aliens bring them back before season ends.
