A-Bolt Ring Height Help

I am buying an A-Bolt .22 Hornet from another member and am in the process of trying to figure out what rings are needed. I don’t know if I will need the medium, or high rings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Will be running this scope....

I think mediums will be fine. I run 4x12x40 on the low rings. So I would think mediums would clear the 50mm

Pretty sure the above is correct with mediums.

I just PM’d you my cell, took a couple of pics I can send you of my A Bolt II with no more than medium rings and a 40mm scope, it has a fair amount of clearance. This set up is at least 18 years old so they could even be the lower height, I’m honestly not sure but they’re definitely not high.
