That looks like lung but could also be pancrease. Sweetbreads as the old folks called it. Regardless that's a dead deer.

my guess is it is a small place so most wont come. Dead deer though.

Yes the dog came out on Friday night but didn't have any luck. Found one more spot with blood but that was it.

Shot a doe this morning. She didn’t bleed a drop until she blew a chunk of lung put looked exactly like that so I say 100% lung

Tracking dog needed
