I don’t like sow meat as much as boar hog or of course bar hog.
I know I know, everyone gonna say boar are rank blah blah blah.
Us italians, no strangers to eating and raising pork in the old country, have found keys components in America. It’s called the pressure cooker.
I bet my life’s savings, you can make the rankest of rank musking boar hog taste like veal just by using the pressure cooker. It kills the rank, tenderizes the meat like a rock star ⭐️!!!!
I now, pass on sow, their meat is kinda rough and tough from milking, and drill the daylights outta her boyfriend. Occasionally I’ll take a 80 pound and under sow, maybe twice a year. But pile up all the black boar [emoji203] hogs I can arrow.
