    You will need a small lift and slightly larger tires for rocky terrain. They bottom out pretty easily compared to the factory rangers. That being said they are quieter and smoother.

      I took my Mule Pro to Utah this past August mule deer hunting. We travelled some rocky roads and trails I never dreamed any machine could go over. It mastered it with ease. I couldn't have been more pleased. My hunting partner on the trip has a Can Am he left at home due to the Mule being more spacious. After the trip he told me he is getting rid of the Can Am and getting a Mule Pro...
