This ranch management is 4.5 or old 8 pts. Culls are guides choice. Usually bucks with no brows or only 1. Or an older deer with smaller rack with no potential

I can almost guarantee you the only reason he stroked you was due to the wet road conditions. Normally, we don’t issue citations until 15+, but wet roads...anything over 10+. Sorry about that bro. Enjoy your rest of your trip. By the way... welcome to Texas.
