Not sure whether or not this was CDC, Herman, or a combination of the two. But, the seat is officially hot for Herman and he has 2 years with both being imapact years in front of him to keep his job. Should be entertaining around here.

Hope Hermensa makes impact hires at OC and DC.

Wouldn't mind seeing Samples get the WR room, but that's likely up to the new OC.

With the resources he (and other major schools have) it seems like he could go out and hire the very best coordinators, recruiters, etc, in mass - hire everybody you need and a few extra - and manage the organization.

A HC in a program this size need to know more about managing the moving parts than anything.

From the outside looking in, it would seem to make sense.
