Not sure, was seeing some projections online. I’m not sure if the SEC will “let” us play Texas.....cause we scared and all.

That was happening to matter what happened and was rumored to happen for weeks. Always the risk when you recruit out of state guys.

We need one thing to go right this year.....now it looks like we’re gonna draw The Horns in the Texas Bowl and we’ll for sure lose that one, too.

Texas will not be in the Texas bowl. We're either going to Alamo or Camping bowl. Big12 has a process and doesn't change from it.

In order for the big 12 are:
CFP
Sugar (if not part of CFP like this year)
Alamo
Camping
Texas

Texas has the tie-breaker in the 4way tie for 3rd place.

At worse winner of BU/ou will be in Sugar, loser in Alamo, and Texas in Camping.

At best, BU/ou in CFP and other in Sugar. That puts Texas in Alamo.

You'll either get OSU or KSU in the Texas Bowl.

Who knows, maybe a little humility and staying at a small school for a couple years did him some good. Wouldn’t be the first coach to come around after learning the hard way.
