What sets did you have and where they good in mud and hwy use thanks

I have them in on my 2012 2500 gasser. So far I like them. But they do like to pick up rocks and chunk them. I have about 7000 miles on them so far.

I’ve been interested in these as well.

I’m not sure the Kevlar is anything more than a marketing thing. Kevlar is a woven product and typically anything with a sharp point will penetrate is relatively easy. That’s why Kevlar body armor isn’t a great defense to a knife attack.

The Kevlar tires are also a bit heavier and reduces fuel mileage slightly. I have 30k miles on a set and have about 30% tread life remaining.

I have the 275/55/R20 Goodyear Wrangler AT Aventure with Kevlar:

I have never gotten stuck in mud, but have not been in axle high mud either. They are not the most aggressive tread which is what I like. That makes for better Hwy driving. They seem to have good rain traction.I have previously gotten flats from regular Wranglers from thorns in sidewalks which basically cannot be fixed. With 2 sets of the Kevlar version; NO flats, and there are low growing thorn y plants everywhere I drive on the ranch I hunt. It is impossible to avoid them, but the Kevlar lining works!
