So my dad and I knew we might not be exact on the scoring, but we did something pretty wrong and were over by a few inches on the mass. My taxidermist encourages us to participate in the Texas big game awards, but he came up with a gross of 128 3/4, and a net of 124 7/8, 1/8 shy of qualifying for my region. I went ahead and had it officially scored, and ended up with 128 4/8, and 125 2/8, so that’s pretty cool that it snuck in. Either way I’m happy with the buck.
