Does anyone here work for Frito Lay?

I have a job offer in production at the Irving plant & was wondering if anyone else here works for them that could share some insight on what it is like working there; the good, the bad, the ugly etc.
It seems like a great gig, but I will be leaving a fairly decent job now for this opportunity and am trying to gain all the info I can before I make a decision.
So does anyone here work for Frito Lay, particularly in production but doesn't have to be, that might be able to share some insight into the company?
Any help you all can provide is greatly appreciated, as this is a major decision that will definitely effect my families livelihood, thank you.

Thanks for the encouragement White Falcon, I most likely will, I am just hoping for some insight from some TBH brethren who might have worked for the company in the past or present before committing. Anymore feedback you all can provide is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, not looking forward to the hair or beard net, but no big deal. Are you working there now Japeatr, or have you worked there before? If so, how is/was overtime availability?
I was told I will get plenty of overtime, and that is a major draw in my decision. At 40 hrs I am not making much more than my current position, but can do much better as long as the overtime is there; plus I believe the advancement opportunity will far greater at Frito Lay, as well as benefits

I haven’t worked for the company so I can’t speak to that but I added a production line a few years back and I still can’t eat Fritos to this day.

There are things that can’t be unseen and smells that can’t be unsmelled.
