Question about hog hunting

I have shot 20-30 pigs over last few years. Thats fun and all but normally we go and sit in blind and wait on them to come, My question is there a way to call them like predators does a hog call really work . I never tried it?

best call ive found is to get some dogs and listen for they're call when they got one bayed

A buddy of mine has a squealin pig for his ringtone. He got up on a herd a while back and cut loose with that ringtone. His next move was to try and find a good tree to get up. Let's just say a squealin pig call can work.

We have actually had several big boars come to a distressed cottontail call.

I saw a video once several years ago that the person hunting used a squealer that sounded like a baby pig in distress (don't know where he got it or what it was) but from the video it worked. BUT a pack of mad grown hogs coming at you intent on doing bodily harm to whatever is hurting that baby pig is not to be taken lightly.If you try it BE CAREFUL

One of the best calls I found to use is the corn feeder going off about an hour before dark, that works every time.

I used a hog feeding tape one time and was able to get too close to a group of hogs. Can't it called them in, but they didn't spook either.

I don't know who makes it but there is an electronic hog call that has hogs grunting and such on it. I've only seen it on a TV show and it appeared to work but they can make anything look like its the "cats meow" on TV.
