Check out the Go Wild Camo, 7mm-08 Ruger. Got one and it's a tack driver as they say and has a unique look. I really like the Bronze look and it has been a DRT for me. Everyone at our lease likes it and a couple have bought in different calibers as well.

    Hope this link works:

I have a Tikka T3 and love it. Would like a replacement stock. Any recommendations?

Which is the best? If there is a specific model that is better let me know that. I don’t mind doing a few mods like floating a Barrel or changing out a trigger, but I don’t want to spend $1k getting it to shoot good.
Tikka CTR. Not that "tactical" but pretty good rifle with adjustable cheek piece. The Howa is a no brainer but finding one with 5/8X24 threaded barrel is or was a challenge for me. Ruger Predator is top notch as well but stock leaves something to the imagination.

KRG Bravo if you like tactical

          Also the Boyds AT-ONE:
Shop hardwood gunstocks for any make, model, and action with the Boyds Gunstock Configurator. Choose from several wood and finish options.

Lots of choices depending on what you want. XLR makes a really cool chassis. And MDT has a chassis for $185.

Bell & Carlson. I have two, one on a .270 WSM, and the other on a .300 win mag T3X. Same stock they used on the Sako A7 predator.

If you want the trigger lighter than you can get it with tuning, you can get a YO Dave spring for $10+shipping.
                2. Howa

I suggest going and cycling them all
I will be picking up a Tikka T3X in a few days. Do you have a link to the spring kit? Is this something you can do yourself or do you need a gunsmith? I mean, I'm fairly comfortable when it comes to taking guns apart, but I get frustrated with very small intricate parts, think fishing reels...
