Pistol Finger Switch Light (red or green)

I’ve been browsing the web and can’t seem to find a bottom picatinny rail mounted light (finger switch style) in red or green. I have one made by crimson trace in white light with green laser but my goal would be to add it to a hunting pistol for night shots. Similar to adding a hand-switch to a stabilizer light for night-time bow hunting.

Thanks! Is the light white or green/red? I don’t really need a laser. Just a red or green light to light up the hogs yet not alert them.
