Does anyone have a contact on a good agent/realator in College Station? Since we have two kids down there, we are considering purchasing a 4 bedroom house/condo while prices are down. I am going to try to head down before nanza to take a look at some properties.

If you would consider a 3 bedroom, we have one we're listing independently. It's about 1640 sf in a new subdivision right across from Traditions Golf Course. Takes about 7 or 8 minutes to get to the business school from door to door.

I've almost got my license! One more test. My suggestions to you are don't take the first one you talk to. Talk to several as there good ones and bad ones. Some have been the business alot longer but are not as hard working any more and I guess that can go both ways with a young lazy one as well! Good luck, its a great time to buy!!!!
