So I ordered my license online but haven’t received the official in the mail. How would I go about tagging a buck if I shoot one?

after 30 days you have to call. I finally received my duck stamp but no license.

Yes but I think you have to pay the 10$ for a lost license to do it

Worth it if you want to hunt...when you get it, take a pic of it and leave on your fone if you forget it. Yiu still need tags though if you kill.
