    Stealth Cam Cellular issues

    Anybody else having issues with their cameras today. I called and they said they had to do an update to be compatible with the new iOS updates. They said I needed to download a new up called Ibrary link. I did and have had no luck.

        Why? I have 4 one is working. Tired of the constant firmware updates, new updated app etc. They were good when all of them were 3-G 4-G not so good.

          I’ve had 2 and have sent them both back for warranty replacement. The iBrary link app they had you download is not for their cellular cameras. That’s for their card readers. Unfortunately their customer service is always super backed up and their shipping department is a joke. They’ve had one camera for about 3 weeks and my replacement hasn’t even been sent out yet.

            The app finally came back up. After the 3rd call to them today, the girl finally realized when I kept telling her I had the app and it wouldn’t log in that she was talking to me about the wrong thing. Then she told me the app was down and would be up today they hoped. When I asked if the cameras would lose connection, she said they probably would but I could just reconnect them. I guess they think our cameras are at our finger tips all the time. We will have to wait until tomorrow to see if they lost connection.
