Am I reading this right. This guy is asking gun owners to have a MILLION dollar policy on all their guns or is it per gun??

Hard to believe we have these kind of people in a elected office. You would think they would spend a little more time on bills that had to do with health care, social security, welfare, homeless, jobs, etc.............within their own state!!!! I just don't get it anymore!!!
